We will exchange the product or refund the amount you paid for it, if damage and trouble caused solely by our company and if the wrong product is being sent in international transactions.
- Notify our customer service center through “Contact Us” of the damage with detailed and reasonable explanation within 30 days after delivery.
- Return the damaged item to the designated place as it was originally shipped or follow the instruction of our staff at customer service center.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card(or original method of payment). If you allow for waiting, we will exchange to another good product and resend it.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
